How we publish

Helpful, honest and easy to check.

We write for people making real property decisions. That means plain language, reliable sources and a clear line between official rules and practical advice.

01

Start with the source

When we explain tax rules, legal requirements or payment processes, we begin with the responsible authority. We may add practical context, but we always make it clear where the official answer lives.

02

Keep dates easy to find

Rules and product details change. Our guides show when they were last reviewed, and we check time-sensitive information again whenever we make a meaningful update.

03

Use real customer stories

We only publish a customer’s name, experience or results with their permission. We keep their words true to what they told us and avoid adding claims that cannot be supported.

04

Be clear about the product

We describe HomeSpot as it works today. We would rather explain a feature plainly than make a sweeping promise about what it might do for every landlord or property manager.

05

Fix mistakes clearly

If something looks wrong, send the page and the correct source to support@homespot.ke. We will review it, make the correction where needed and update the review date when the change is significant.
