Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HomeSpot (homespot.co.ke), operated by Garnet Labs. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorised access. Organisation owners are responsible for users they invite. Tenants register via secure invite links only.

2. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape data without permission, or upload unlawful content. Marketplace listings must comply with Kenyan letting and advertising regulations.

3. Payments & tax

Rent collection uses M-Pesa STK Push. Successful payments may generate eTIMS invoices as required by KRA. HomeSpot is not a bank; funds flow according to your organisation's payout configuration.

4. Subscriptions

SaaS fees are billed per the plan shown on our pricing page. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled. Contact support for enterprise agreements.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, though nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.
